• Media and Public Relations Department is one of the vital departments in the Academy and is present in all forums and events that are held and linked to the external community. Marketing its programs and highlighting its positives and reflecting its activities. - Receive and accompany guests of the Academy from home and abroad and secure the necessary arrival and departure - Preparation of introductory tours of some areas outside the Academy and inside through the documentary - Media coverage of conferences, meetings and visits and documentation of everything published.
- Undertake all Hijri procedures for the employees of the Academy who participate in the official foreign missions and the visitors of the visitors.
- Media coverage of conferences, meetings, visits and documentation of all published, broadcast or broadcast about the Academy in the official and private media inside and outside the Academy and include the process of documentation and preservation of intellectual output through all activities and events.
- Preparation of cultural festivals and exhibitions and the provision of gifts.
- Performs procedures, regulations, methods, customs and traditions in meetings, parties, visits and official banquets.

• Objectives :-

- The Department of Information and Public Relations works to organize and coordinate the human efforts in the Academy between departments and centers each according to its tasks and to strengthen the lines of communication between the Academy and the internal and external community.
- Providing integrated media and marketing solutions with creative standards in different fields to create specialized knowledge content for the Academy.
- It seeks to strengthen relations with educational institutions counterpart and be recognized locally and internationally.
